Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Hi!  I went to see the midnight showing of HP last night and it was amaaaaazing.  X3  Go see it if you get the chance!  Left the theater a bit of a wreck and I cried really hard but I think everyone did.

Anyway, I have a dog siting job this weekend, and the place is set back in the stone ages, so no internet for me.  I will be back on Monday at the latest.  I hope to return bearing art and fun news!

Umm that's about it.  I will be working on commissions so expect those upon my return!  At least one of them!  I'll be a little busy with some other projects (like ltb pages) but I will work as much as I can!

Yay, HP! Lol, I went to the midnight showing here and totally cried, too. But my friends sitting next to me didn't realize it until after the movie was over and I was all like, "Omg guys, I was crying like a baby through most of that." They were like, "Whoa, really? I did not realize that." I guess I'm just that good at hiding my pain? Ah well, I'm going to see it again with a friend of mine on Tuesday, so we'll see. Until then, I might end up watching the ripped version in my bedroom so I can weep privately...hmm. Right. Well.

I hope you had fun dog sitting in the stone age! :D
